License & Use Terms
Purchase of a digital template from Sum Span grants the purchaser a limited, non-exclusive license to use the purchased file for internal business purposes, subject to the terms below.
Permitted use
- Use the workbook within one business or organization.
- Make working copies for that business's internal projects.
- Edit formulas, lists, formatting, labels, and other workbook content for internal use.
- Add the business's own branding or project information for internal use.
Not permitted
- Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or give away the original template or a modified version of it as a standalone product.
- Post the workbook or its source files publicly or in a shared template library available outside the licensed business or organization.
- Represent the template itself as a product created by another person or business for resale or distribution.
Digital delivery
This is a digital product. No physical item is shipped. The purchaser is responsible for maintaining backup copies after delivery.
No professional advice
The template is a project-management aid and is not legal, accounting, engineering, tax, or other professional advice. Project contracts, notice requirements, authorization procedures, company policies, and applicable laws always control.
No guarantee of project outcome
The template is provided as a tool to organize project information. Use of the template does not guarantee recovery of costs, approval of change orders, schedule relief, profitability, compliance, or any other project outcome.
Problems with the file
If the delivered file is corrupted or inaccessible, contact Sum Span using the contact information provided with the order so that a replacement or corrected file can be provided.
Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
